The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Vsadsadsdasdasdasdasdoila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
The FAST-Infra Access Programme (Access Programme), jointly funded by the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) and the FAST-Infra initiative, has selected its firsts participating projects: the Solar PV Project for Schools, and Clean Utilities Model for Affordable Housing in South Africa. This marks an important milestone in the programme’s goal of accelerating the adoption of sustainability standards in infrastructure development.
Implemented by Resilience Energy, the Solar PV Project for Schools involves installing rooftop solar systems at public schools across South Africa. It aims to improve energy reliability and reduce costs in the education sector through a service-based delivery model.
Developed by Mzansi Clean Energy Capital—an emerging Clean Utilities Fund—the fund aims to catalyse investment in clean infrastructure by partnering with landlords to deliver affordable utility solutions to low- to moderate-income households across Southern and East Africa.

The Access Programme supports early-stage infrastructure projects, particularly in low-income contexts, by providing a repayable grants that cover the cost of independent verification. This verification is a key requirement for obtaining the FAST-Infra Verified Label, a globally recognized certification that assesses the sustainability and resilience of infrastructure projects.
By enabling developers to integrate sustainability measures early in the project lifecycle, the programme helps address liquidity constraints that often limit progress during pre-construction or early financing stages.

As part of the verification process, Bureau Veritas will be conducting the independent assessment of the project. The firm, which was previously trained by the Label Secretariat to be among the first official global Verifiers, will evaluate the project’s performance against the FAST-Infra Label’s framework, covering areas such as climate risk, resource use, social safeguards, and governance practices. This assessment is a prerequisite for determining whether the project qualifies for the FAST-Infra Verified Label.

By facilitating access to third-party verification, the Access Programme enhances transparency, accountability, and investor confidence in infrastructure projects - supporting the shift toward globally recognized sustainability practices.
