Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
On the 12th of July 2023, a Steering Committee was established for the FAST-Infra Label, marking a significant step towards fostering collaboration and synergies within the sustainable infrastructure sector. The committee, hailed as the main decision-making governance body of the FAST-Infra Label, is set to play a pivotal role in shaping the label's future trajectory. The primary purpose of the Steering Committee is to contribute to the development of the FAST-Infra Label through strategic and content-related decision-making. This critical function will not only support the Secretariat but also enhance the FAST-Infra Label's position in the infrastructure sector, reinforcing its status as a beacon of excellence.
Composed of an assembly of distinguished experts from various backgrounds, the committee brings together diverse experiences and insights. Leveraging their wealth of knowledge, committee members are expected to actively provide valuable input on FAST-Infra Label content. Representing the financial services sector is Lori Kerr, the CEO of FinDev Canada; from the realm of consultants, Robert Spencer who serves as the Global Lead for ESG Advisory at AECOM; for civil society and NGOs, Marie Lam-Frendo, the CEO of Global Infrastructure Hub; Edith Guedella Bustamante, as the Head of Sustainability Construction at Acciona, represents developers and contractors. The public sector is represented by Andy Deacon, Co-Managing Director of the Global Covenant of Mayors for Climate and Energy, and Niko Gachechyladze, Director of the State organisation Agency on support of PPPs. Hayden Morgan, Partner at Pinsent Masons, is a valuable member from the FAST-Infra GROUP. Lastly, overseeing the FAST-Infra Label Secretariat, is Louis Downing, the CEO of Global Infrastructure Basel, guiding the committee towards its objectives.
This proactive engagement will be facilitated through leading relevant working groups, ensuring the label remains up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the market. As an influential decision-making body, the committee is positioned to play a crucial role in guiding the future of infrastructure development, ensuring it aligns with sustainable practices and cutting-edge advancements. The FAST-Infra Label's commitment to excellence and innovation will undoubtedly be reinforced by the expertise and dedication of the newly formed Steering Committee.
