Become a FAST-Infra Label Executive Advisory Committee Member

Shape the future of sustainable infrastructure through the FAST-Infra Label Executive Advisory Committee (EAC).

The Executive Advisory Committee is the formal stakeholder forum within the Fast-Infra Label’s governance structure. It is responsible for providing guidance and recommendations to the Fast-Infra Label Secretariat and electing the members of the Steering Committee. The EAC will attend a yearly webinar organisedorganized by the Fast-Infra Label Secretariat at a convenient date for the majority of the stakeholders.

As a FAST-Infra Label Executive Advisory Committee member you willwould:

• Join a group leading organisations contributing expertise and views to the development of the FAST-Infra Label.
• Elect members of the Steering Committee of the FAST-Infra Label.

This membership is free and open to experts from all geographies. We welcome representatives from sectors such as Aacademia, financial services, civil society and many more.

Engagement expectations:

The EAC meets two to three2-3 times pera year in a virtual plenary to discuss topics which are relevant and material to Tthe Label (which may vary).

In addition to plenary discussions, the EAC is divided in to seven working groups:

‍

• Framework: The working group will be consulted on questions mainly related to the methodology, indicators of the future Application Portal.
• Assurance: The working group will be consulted mainly on the process of third-party verification, on label claims & usage, methodology of verification and management of non-conformities.
• Impact Measurement: The working group will be consulted on the following documents: Theory of Change, Monitoring and Evaluation Framework, Procedures and Policies.
• Governance and Operations: The working group will be consulted on the following documents: Standard Setting Procedures, Policy on reviewing policies and procedures every 5 years, Impartiality Policy, diversity, equity and inclusion policy, safeguarding policy, whistleblower protection policy, Grievance policy, Risk management plan, Translation policy, Complaints Procedure (PR04), Transition Procedure, Due diligence procedures.
• Financing Sustainable Infrastructure in Developing Countries: The working group will be involved in the project acquisition in emerging markets including strategy at the regional level, compliancecompliancy of framework with national frameworks and regional contextualization of the framework.
• Project Acquisition and Rollout: The working group will be consulted on roll-outs two2 and three3 during 2024 before the Application Portal is available and on how to reach out to investors and projects globally for global uptake.
• Financial Sustainability of The Label: The working group will be consulted on the self-sustainment of the Llabel potentially including critical review of the business plan, discussion on pricing strategy, membership benefits, approaches to uptake at scale (tbd by the WG).

EAC members are welcomed to join at least one1 working group of which engagement varies in relation to the demands of tThe Label.
